The Horribly Confusing World of the Anipets

If you have information, photos, whatever, please reach out to me. I would love to make this as accurate as possible!

I was super interested in the Anipalz vpets, specifically the Anipalz World (mistake) because who doesn't love a square device with a screen?
That is until I realized how disorganized the branding across all of regions the devices are. No one has consolidated all the names for the different devices, so I will do my best to get them all here.
Exact information on all of these is scarce, but I have pieced together the regions and names as best as I can based off listings and packaging details.
What this is not is a guide to each of the devices. I personally only own a Pet'n'Play Palz Dog and an Ani-Cat, but I don't know enough about playing them to write a guide. To be honest, I eventually bought the former and ended up finding it extremely boring and a chore. I don't even like these that much, I just wish it had been easier to search for them. If you are curious though, I actually think the Ani-Cat is a lot of fun and would seek out another variant (not a dog. Dog vpets always suck and I will die on this hill.)

If you are buying New-In-Box, the Giochi Preziosi/GiG units have batteries included and may have leaked. The Gamze units do not include batteries.

AniPalz

These are most notably recognized by their iPod-like shape.
All of them released around 2006.

All the signs point to the Turkish toy manufacturer Gamze Toys is the actual company that designed these. It's not uncommon for other companies to partner with other companies that have established businesses in countries they do not sell in to sell their products, especially toy companies.

Note 1: Giochi Preziosi/GiG Ani-{pet}/AniPod have very similar packaging. The font is more yellow on the "dash" variants. They all have the Giochi Preziosi logo. GiG was acquired during the year these were distributed. They were distributed in France under Giochi Preziosi. In Italy, under GiG. This website covering GiG toys covered the AniPod. I think you could get either name variant in either country depending on when you bought it. It's a whole damn mess.

Note 2: Destiny Ocean posted a video years ago that she bought hers from eBay UK. These are as rare as hens teeth. The manual in her video has the CE logo, but I can hardly find any information outside of the photos from Lyelle of these things and her video. Hamsteh (UK) said these used to pop up on eBay UK. I have a feeling that from the lack of American certifications, it was a UK release.

Note 3: Bizak Palm Amigos recieved a commericial. For some reason, the Dog has the name change on the device but the Cat doesn't. Packaging says Palm Amigos.

AniPalz World/Pet'n'Play/Yuruppy

These are square devices with a pretty large touch screen. They have contacts on each side of the device similar to Cube World.
As far as I can tell, all devices from different regions can connect to one another.
When connected to the Play Centre, they can visit each other.

Note 1: I am not entirely convinced the 2 Kitties was ever released. I have found a couple listings for the 2 Puppies, but the only place I've found the 2 Kitties is on the packaging to other North American devices themselves.

Note 2: The small Yuruppy devices released 2009-07-05.

Note 3: I have confirmation from a collector that they did release these big screens. They're just hard to find photos of online (like most of these).

PowerPalz/Ani-Bip/Be-Bit

I cannot put into words how much I hate the naming scheme of this series.
There is contradicting information on how these connect. The most consistent info is that they can all connect to each other. But I may be wrong.
Actually scratch that, I might be wrong about a lot. This is super confusing. They released like a billion variants.

Assume this is really incomplete

Note 1: I am not 100% sure these Bears are V1s. However, there is a very obviously Bear PowerPalz V2.

Note 2: Unsure if the two Brazil Dog colors are V1 & V2. I've seeing pictures of two. One TikTok by a creator in Brazil with it. Another using it as a demo to show how to turn off the sound.

Can we talk about how absolutely crazy it is that it's called Cuk. The damn vpet is really calling you out fr.
